Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 30, 2026
These Terms & Conditions explain how a workshop, its administrators, and invited staff may use WarshaFlow to manage workshop operations, customers, vehicles, job cards, invoices, inventory, purchasing, reports, and related communications.
1Service Scope
The platform is provided as workshop management software for automotive service operations in Oman. It is not accounting, tax, legal, insurance, or regulatory advice; each workshop remains responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
2Accounts & Administrator Responsibility
The workshop owner or administrator controls which staff can access the tenant account, assigns roles, keeps credentials confidential, removes users who no longer need access, and promptly reports suspected unauthorized use.
3Acceptable Use
Use the platform only for lawful workshop operations. Do not upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, access another tenant's data, reverse engineer the platform, or misuse support and communication channels.
4Subscription, Trial, and Billing
Subscription, trial, renewal, cancellation, tax, payment, and refund terms are set in the applicable commercial order, invoice, subscription record, or written platform-owner approval. If a commercial document conflicts with these general terms, the commercial document controls for that workshop.
5Availability, Maintenance, and Support
We aim to keep the service available and provide support through the published support channel, but availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, internet connectivity, emergency fixes, or events outside our reasonable control.
6Workshop and Customer Data Ownership
The workshop retains ownership of its uploaded customer, vehicle, invoice, job-card, inventory, and operational records. We process that data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service under these terms and the Privacy Policy.
7Export and Termination
If a subscription ends, the workshop should export required records before access is closed. Data export, retention after termination, and deletion timelines must follow the product settings, support process, and any confirmed commercial terms.
8Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is unpaid billing, security risk, misuse, unlawful activity, or use that could harm another customer, the platform, or our infrastructure.
9Confidentiality
Each party should protect confidential business, customer, pricing, technical, and operational information received through the platform and use it only for the permitted service purpose.
10Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. WarshaFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The competent courts in Oman have jurisdiction over disputes unless a signed commercial agreement states another lawful dispute-resolution process.
12Changes and Contact
We may update these terms when the service, business process, or legal requirements change. Material updates should be communicated through the platform, email, or the published support channel.
